Flaxseed Porridge
This flaxseed porridge is a great oatmeal replacement. Easy to make with no added sugars or grains!

Ingredients
3/4
cup
hemp milk
unsweetened, vanilla from Pacific is our preferred brand
1/2
cup
ground flaxseed
1/4
cup
hemp hearts
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
cardamom
dash
vanilla powder
salt/ghee/coconut oil to taste
Instructions
Cook over low/med heat until thick. Stir frequently. Makes one large serving, or two smaller. Can mix with chia pudding if desired!
