Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash
This hash makes for a delicious paleo breakfast option. Omit the peppers if you cannot have night shades, or if you're on the candida cleanse!
- 1 Japanese or regular sweet potato
- Yellow onion, diced
- Sugar free ground sausage (could also use ground chicken or beef) as much as desired depending on servings needed
- butter or ghee
- green peppers optional, omit for candida cleanse
Wash the sweet potato and grate with a cheesegrater. Set aside
Heat butter on a skillet and add onion. Cook until the onions are translucent.
Add in sausage and potato (also peppers if desired). Cook through.
Top with salt and pepper to taste and more butter if desired!
