Payment Options

Synergy Holistic Health has several options to make health and wellness care affordable for you.  If you have further questions about our payment options please call our office at (980)355-0842.

Chiropractic services are covered by some insurances. However, we are not in network with any insurance providers. A detailed receipt can be provided at check-out and submitted by you in order to get write offs. We would be considered “out of network providers”

Nutrition services are not covered by any insurance company whether or not the doctor is in network or out of network. This is not our policy, this is simply not a service that insurance currently covers.

Regarding your insurance, if you have a HSA account or a Flex Spending Account you many use this money for both Chiropractic and Nutrition services in our office. We can provide you with a letter of medical necessity if needed.
