This alternative to oatmeal is grain free and makes for a yummy snack or breakfast

Ingredients

cup
hemp milk
1/4
cup
coconut flour
2
tbsp
flaxseed
1
serving
protein powder
hydrolyzed collagen protein from Biotics, vanilla or chocolate
1-2
tbsp
sunbutter or almond butter
dash
pink salt
Instructions
Add milk to a mason jar or bowl
Add other ingredients on top and shake well, or stir if using a bowl
If desired top with coconut flakes or chocolate chips or fruit
Store in the fridge for up to a week
