Paleo Bison Chili
This delicious bison chili is paleo and easy to make. It's the perfect fall or winter meal. Top with avocado or vegan sour cream and enjoy!

zucchini
chopped

red bell pepper

tomato sauce

mushrooms

tomato paste

garlic powder

tsp
cumin
Instructions
Sautee the onions and add ground bison. Cook until the meat is browned. Set aside.
Combine all veggies, tomato sauce, and tomato paste in a pot and cook until veggies are soft. Stir in the meat and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Garnish with avocado, bacon, or vegan cheese, like Violife cream cheese
