Flaxseed Porridge

This flaxseed porridge is a great oatmeal replacement. Easy to make with no added sugars or grains!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup hemp milk unsweetened, vanilla from Pacific is our preferred brand
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • dash vanilla powder
  • salt/ghee/coconut oil to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook over low/med heat until thick.  Stir frequently. Makes one large serving, or two smaller. Can mix with chia pudding if desired!
