
Flaxseed Porridge
This flaxseed porridge is a great oatmeal replacement. Easy to make with no added sugars or grains!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup hemp milk unsweetened, vanilla from Pacific is our preferred brand
 - 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
 - 1/4 cup hemp hearts
 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 - 1/4 tsp cardamom
 - dash vanilla powder
 - salt/ghee/coconut oil to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook over low/med heat until thick. Stir frequently. Makes one large serving, or two smaller. Can mix with chia pudding if desired!
