Chia Seed Pudding

This easy pudding is a great breakfast or after dinner snack option.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 4 cups hemp or coconut milk can use preferred milk alternative
  • 1 tsp vanilla optional
  • 2 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Stir milk and chia seeds together until combined
  • Wait 5 minutes and add in cinnamon and vanilla. Stir until combined
  • Place covered in the refirdgerator for at least 2 hours or overnight
  • Add hemp heart seeds, fruit, and sunflower seed butter and enjoy cold!

Notes

For those who don't have issues with yeast or candida you can add sweeteners like maply syrup or honey for a sweeter pudding!
