3 Ingredient Sweet Potato Brownies
These brownies are easy and contain no added sugar! You can also make chocolate free by using carob powder instead of cocoa.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed baked Japanese sweet potato
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter can use almond butter if preferred
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder or carob powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, add mashed sweet potato, cocoa or carob powder, and sunbutter and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into greased loaf pan and bake for around 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting and serving.
Notes
These brownies are best kept in the refrigerator
