5 Ingredient Banana Chip Muffins
These muffins are delicious and so easy! They're vegan and no refined sugar. Can be made using chocolate or carob chips
Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed banana very ripe
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup sunbutter
- carob or chocolate chips measure with your heart
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth, then add in chocolate or carob chips. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. These muffins don't rise so fill each muffin cup generously!
