90 Second Bread Recipe

This bread is super easy to make! Makes a perfect single serving which can be toasted and used for an English muffin or a bun for sandwiches. Can be made vegan, too!


  • 3 TBS buckwheat or almond flour *Can also use Simple Mills chesnut flour pancake mix
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 TBS melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 egg or flaxseed egg flaxseed egg is 1 TBS ground flax with 3 TBS hot water, combined and let sit for ten minutes


  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and microwave for 90 seconds
  • Cut in half and toast, then add toppings of choice or use for sandwiches
