Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash
This hash makes for a delicious paleo breakfast option. Omit the peppers if you cannot have night shades, or if you're on the candida cleanse!
Ingredients
- 1 Japanese or regular sweet potato
- Yellow onion, diced
- Sugar free ground sausage (could also use ground chicken or beef) as much as desired depending on servings needed
- butter or ghee
- green peppers optional, omit for candida cleanse
Instructions
- Wash the sweet potato and grate with a cheesegrater. Set aside
- Heat butter on a skillet and add onion. Cook until the onions are translucent.
- Add in sausage and potato (also peppers if desired). Cook through.
- Top with salt and pepper to taste and more butter if desired!
