This alternative to oatmeal is grain free and makes for a yummy snack or breakfast

  • 1 cup hemp milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 serving protein powder hydrolyzed collagen protein from Biotics, vanilla or chocolate
  • 1-2 tbsp sunbutter or almond butter
  • dash pink salt


  • Add milk to a mason jar or bowl
  • Add other ingredients on top and shake well, or stir if using a bowl
  • If desired top with coconut flakes or chocolate chips or fruit
  • Store in the fridge for up to a week
