N'Oatmeal
This alternative to oatmeal is grain free and makes for a yummy snack or breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup hemp milk
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 serving protein powder hydrolyzed collagen protein from Biotics, vanilla or chocolate
- 1-2 tbsp sunbutter or almond butter
- dash pink salt
Instructions
- Add milk to a mason jar or bowl
- Add other ingredients on top and shake well, or stir if using a bowl
- If desired top with coconut flakes or chocolate chips or fruit
- Store in the fridge for up to a week
